There is A LOT of information out there when it comes to Assistive Technology and Dyslexia. It can be overwhelming trying to figure out where to start or where to go next. No matter where you are in your journey, I want you to know that I am here to support you & your child!
Through Customized Workshops, Consultations & Step-by-Step Virtual Training, we will work together to develop goals and a plan that works best for you and your family. Training sessions will focus on your child’s strengths, while providing tools to support their specific areas of need.
Topics include: Building a Foundation for Assistive Technology, Built-In Accessibility Tools, Implementation Tips, Helpful Resources, and AT Tools for Reading, Writing, Note-Taking, Digital Organization, and Executive Functions.
A little about my journey...I began working in the field of Special Education in 2007. After teaching in New Jersey for seven years, I moved across the country to San Diego, CA. My passion has grown over the years as I became a Certified Orton-Gillingham Teacher, Structured Literacy Dyslexia Interventionist and Assistive Technology Professional. My goal is to continue spreading greater awareness of Assistive Technology & how it can help to grow confidence and independence!
