** There is a $10 parking fee you will be responsible for upon entry**
Please join us for a hike through Anza Borrego State Park's Palm Canyon trail followed by lunch and a visit to the Visitor's Center. We will meet at the trailhead for Palm Canyon trail at 9:00 and leave promptly at 9:30. We will then lunch at the picnic tables back by the trailhead at 11:30 before going to the Visitor's Center to see the movie and exhibits they have there.
This is a self- guided field trip, there will NOT be a ranger present during our hike. We will also not be completing the entire 2.9 mile loop to the oasis because of the time constraints of this field trip. Please be prepared for the weather and bring plenty of water and sun screen. In the case of rain, the field trip will be cancelled.
