(FRIDAY) San Diego North County Waldorf Meet Up

Hi everyone!  Please join us for our last event pre-summer break.  (We will return end of July!)  

Rhythm for the day:

10:00 Greetings, play and games- on the park green

10:30  Seasonal Circle, Story and Craft:

Circle:  Opening: Good Morning Dear Earth, June Songs, Closing: Now I Walk in Beauty

Seasonal Story: A Solstice Tale:  The Children and the Sun, a folktale from the San people of the Kalahari

Craft:  Sun ornaments.  Please bring yellow, red, or orange yarns.  Extra yarn will be available if needed.

11:30   Lunch and child-led explorations- We will head down to the creek and trails to explore.  Water-friendly shoes and change of clothes advised.  Some families like to bring meat bait and small containers for crawdad exploration/catch and release.

Please note- we accept RSVP's within the Waldorf group, North County Events page, and (most typically) off-HSC.  RSVP's do not typically indicate total attendance.  We usually have a nice group!

**We ask that if you or your children are sick, that you stay home and take time to rest at home and heal. We will look forward to seeing you at the next meet up when everybody is healthy again. Thank you for understanding.**
