Homeschool Collective Mini Makers Market - BOOTH REGISTRATION

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRETY BEFORE REGISTERING YOUR CHILD!!!

We are excited to be hosting our Christmas version of our Mini Makers Market. We can't wait to see what your budding entrepreneur will be creating! This event is open only for the young makers.

This is a great time for them to think about making items that are for the gifting season.

*You will need to know what they are selling when you register your child*. We will be going through each registration form to make sure we have an array of gifts, goodies and items offered! We want to refrain from having 5 lemonade or hot cocoa booths, so get creative....You will be notified as soon as possible if your maker will need to make a change. This will be on a first come first serve basis when you register. **Registration ends on Sunday Dec 4th, so please do not wait.**

After you register you will receive an email with a link to a video explaining all the details of the venue and what to expect the day of. We plan to host a live zoom support for your child(ren) so if they have questions or need outside support please look out for that. We will share some great tips and suggestions to make their booth stand out, things to consider and much more! There are so many amazing learning opportunities for them built into this event and while creating their own booth. Please take the time to make it fun and memorable for them. It is by far an event that all of the childrn look forward to!

This is a unique and magical location that has limited parking. Exact address will be given to families prior to event, but it is in Harmony Grove in Escondido. There will be parking attendants and it is IMPERATIVE that you show up with plenty of time for your child to set up their booth. Arrival time for vendors is 10 AM! Our vendors will be able to unload on property and parents will park in another lot to be shuttled back to The Grove property. We want to keep the main lot open for shoppers only! Please bring anyone who can help you with all of this.

GATES WILL CLOSE PROMPTLY AT 11:30am for VENDORS. Please do not arrive after 11:30am asking to set up. Late vendors will only be able to attend the event as a shopper after the gates close. Registeration fee will NOT be refundable. Sorry for the strictness but it is VERY important to show up on time to set up due to parking. We do not want kids or parents stressed out and we don't want disappointed kids either! Plan your day accordingly and be prepared!  An exact schedule will be given to you, but is also included on this registration page as well.

Why Homeschool Collective charges a booth fee:

1) To help fund the venue space.

2) Fundraiser for Homeschool Collective Co-op communities.

3)  Learn real life! Booth rentals are just not free!
