Kensington Co-op - Meetup - YOGA with Tah at Level 9 Yoga

Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, a water bottle, and dress comfortably as we gather to spend some time together in Tah’s beautiful backyard, and do yoga on her deck, built for this very purpose.

It is a wonderful opportunity to get to slow down a bit, focus on our well-being and enjoy each other’s company. The kids can join in the class, or they can play in Tah’s tree house, or take turns on the swing hanging from one of the trees.

I’ll bring a healthy refreshing snack to enjoy after class as well, for us all to share.
