Let's Explore! Carmel Mountain Preserve via Ocean Air Community Park

We will be meeting at the Ocean Air Rec Center and hiking Carmel Mountain Preserve to the overlook with beautiful views and potentially head down to the a eucalyptus grove. There is a large parking lot, restrooms, and a playground where we can enjoy lunch and some park time afterwards.

About the event
Be sure to wear comfortable hiking shoes with good traction. There is one area that is quite steep, very short distance and worth it if we decide to go that way! Bring your hats, sunscreen, bug spray, etc. We'll plan on having lunch in the park afterwards.
If it is too hot, we'll simply switch to a part day and hang out at the park under the trees.
