We will be meeting at the Ocean Air Rec Center and hiking Carmel Mountain Preserve to the overlook with beautiful views and potentially head down to the a eucalyptus grove. There is a large parking lot, restrooms, and a playground where we can enjoy lunch and some park time afterwards.

About the event
Be sure to wear comfortable hiking shoes with good traction. Â There is one area that is quite steep, very short distance and worth it if we decide to go that way! Â Bring your hats, sunscreen, bug spray, etc. Â We'll plan on having lunch in the park afterwards.
If it is too hot, we'll simply switch to a part day and hang out at the park under the trees.
