Let's head to Ramona to explore Dos Picos County Park. This park is about 10 minutes from the Ramona Grasslands which we visit annually in the spring. Dos Picos offers a roughly 1-1.5 mile hike through a variety of terrain. It also features a pond and a playground for post hike hangout time.

About the event
A few things to note:
There is a parking fee of $5.
Park next to the playground at the opposite end of park from the campgrounds.
Wear shoes with good traction. Flip-flops, sandals, etc. are not recommended.
Sunscreen, bug repellent, hats, and sunglasses might be necessary.
Bring plenty of water! Hydration packs are recommended for easy carry.
