About the event
We've been waiting for this trailhead to open up for at least three years. Well, it finally has!! There is a small driveway leading to a parking area. I recommend using GOOGLE MAPS to make sure you are headed to the right location. We'll take the trail south towards the treeline and explore the south side of the lagoon. This area was recently reconstructed, removing non-native plants, adding native plants, and hopefully attracting native wildlife to the area again.
No restrooms at this location.
Wear good hiking shoes and bring sunscreen and plenty of water.
