Join us for a morning hike through Mission Trails. We'll be doing the Grinding Rock Trail, which is flat, easy, and short (OK for toddlers). It's about 1/2 mile to the grinding rocks, which is also where the San Diego River is accessible for exploring. We can stop to play there for bit before heading back. We can then explore the Mission Trails visitor center for those who are up for it (lots of great Kumeyaay history and local wildlife info!). Feel free to bring snacks or even a picnic lunch.
Meeting location will be right next to the visitor's center. See attached picture.
