Sign your kids up for the next Emotional Intelligence Class. Emotional coping is such an important life skill. Next Thursday September 1st drop in trial class for $10 is available. 10 yr olds and up. Today they learned 4,7,8 breathing technique, they spoke about their feelings, did a mindfulness exercise, created art with their emotions included in it.
