National Pokémon Day (Gameschooling)! (Tuesday)

The point of contact for this event is Katrina: 619-201-3566. We are seeking volunteers to help set up 30 minutes early. 

Join us to celebrate National Pokémon Day with a Pokémon themed gameschooling event! We’ll have a battle station set up with the Pokémon Battle Academy board game, 2 Pokémon trivia games (4 players each), plus several other Pokémon themed games to include memory, pin the tail on Pikachu, and a scavenger hunt. Kids are encouraged to wear their Pokémon merch (or costumes!) and bring their cards to hone their negotiation skills through trading. 

In addition to seeking volunteers to set up, we would love it if someone could contribute a simple craft (even just coloring pages and crayons), a Pokémon themed treat (pokéball donuts??), Pokémon tattoos, or any other activities that would fit into the theme. This is a large indoor space that opens up to a fenced-in outdoor area with a little waterscape. It will be a  great event for all ages!
