Welcome to our first Nature Study meetup! We'll take the short hike to the nearby eucalyptus grove where we'll build survival shelters, observe and draw/paint our surroundings, enjoy a picnic lunch, and then head out.

About the event
Street parking only in a neighborhood. The trailhead is not obvious. There is a large gap between the houses with beautiful views. We'll take the access road down to a small trailhead. Bring snacks, lunch, water, a drawing/painting pad, colored pencils or water colors, sunscreen, bug spray, and a hat if desired.
