Nerf battle at the park! The kids are going to LOVE this one! We are asking each child to contribute 20 bullets. Please also bring your own gun and eye protection. All kids participating are expected to help collect the bullets at the end of the event, and we hope everyone will go home with 20 bullets; however, please know that you will not likely find "your" bullets and there is a chance that some will go missing.
We will meet across from the skate park (follow the paved path past the playground, go across the bridge that is in the picture, and we'll plan to meet at the picnic tables on the right). This is an all-ages event. We are doing this event with the La Mesa collective. There should be a large group, so don't be deterred if there are only a handful of RSVPs in the teen group. Some of the La Mesa families have tweens and teens, as well.
