The AMB parking lot across the street (352 2nd Ave.) has discounted parking for $5. Use code 8792.
The ground surface is rubber... not sure how much seating is offered. A picnic blanket might be a good idea.
There are water bottle filling stations, bathrooms, and security on site to open the bathrooms.
