🌊 Oceanography Presentation Night at the La Jolla Library Join us for a fair-style, ocean-themed presentation night where kids share projects inspired by the ocean. From favorite marine animals and coastal places to ocean science and exploration — all ocean enthusiasts are welcome!

About the event
🌊 Join our Oceanography Presentation Night!
Have your child prepare a poster, tri-fold board, diorama, or any other kind of creative presentation — anything ocean-related goes! This could be a favorite marine animal, a beach or ocean place, a famous oceanographer, ocean habitats, or whatever sparks their curiosity.
How it works: We’ll have the library room for 3 hours. Kids will set up their projects along the back of the room, then we’ll take turns presenting at the front. Presenting is optional, and each child who presents will have up to 2 minutes. At the end, we’ll walk around, ask questions, and check out everyone’s projects.
A fun, low-pressure way to share interests, practice speaking and listening, and enjoy a special library event together. 💙
