***When navigating to the park, type in "Louis A. Stelzer County Park" into your map app. Do NOT click on the map link from the app and don't use the address listed- For some reason the address takes you past the entrance/parking area. Look for the brown signs, also, when you're driving there.

The point of contact for this event is Katrina 619-201-3566. We will be hiking the beautiful Louis A. Stelzer County Park TRACK trail, which is an easy/moderate 1.5 miles loop through various habitats including oak woodlands, chaparral, coastal sage scrub, and riparian. This park has 2 playgrounds and plenty of picnic areas for after the hike. Please arrive on time. We will start the hike at 10am. The county park charges $3 for parking, CASH ONLY. Park in the first lot you come to, and we'll meet by the nearest playground.
