We are excited to organize this fun, living history field trip about the California gold rush at the Julian Mining Company. With HEC classes over for the semester, I hope that many of you can join us! Here are the details:   

Activities: gold panning, sluice box, dry diggins treasure hunt, rockers/cradles, tomahawk throwing, assayer office & prize giveaway, miner’s laundry, and the mine-tunnel train ride.
