🏞️ Ridge & Roam: Nature Explorations - Gonzales Canyon

Let's meet in front of Solana Ranch Park and use it as our neighborhood gateway to explore the scenic trails of Gonzales Canyon! This track is an open-ended trail exploration where youth and parents can wander, chat, and connect. The canyon trails offer a wonderful mix of coastal sage scrub, native plants, and gentle, winding paths that feel far removed from the city.

🗺️ Our Exploration Route

We will gather at the park first, then head straight onto the interconnected neighborhood trail system that leads right down into the heart of Gonzales Canyon.

• For the Teens & Older Youth: The trails offer fantastic opportunities to walk shoulder-to-shoulder, chat, and practice tracking local wildlife footprints or spotting native birds along the canyon floor.

• For the Littles: A great, low-pressure path to explore nature at a comfortable pace.
