Come join us for a few hours of nature play.
***Updated- New Location!***
Once you turn onWillow Glen rd follow the winding road to the very bottom of the hill. At the end you will see a big open gravel lot. This will be where we park. I drive a White Ford Explore with freedom stickers on the back. You cant miss it.
The trail to the water spot is almost 5 miles.
There will be one small water crossing.
This trail is NOT stroller friendly. Sorry Mamas The new spot doesn't have as big of sand area as the previous area we went to, try not to over pack. Also keep in mind that we need to be respectful when attending these meetups. We aren't supposed to swim in the water but I have not been told to leave, yet.
Things to think about bringing. Have older children carry their own backpack with their own stuff. This will help your back in the end.
- lunch and or snacks for your little ones
- plenty of water
- Shoes! the ground gets hot. Also water shoes are good if you have them
