- Basic Punches (jab, cross, palm strike)
- Basic Kicks (front kick and stomp kick)
- Basic Breakaways (wrist breakaways)
This Basic Introductory Class is a perfect sampling into the Three Modules of Self Defense taught at SwiftKick Martial Arts. These fundamental skills are the foundation of a SwiftKick Martial Artist, and the start of their Self Defense Journey!
