Tide Pools @ Cardiff State Beach (Friday)

Come explore the tide pools with us at Cardiff State Beach! We'll be getting a very low tide on this day and time, increasing our chances of seeing cool creatures. We've spotted crabs, lobsters, and a little octopus at this location! It's also just a gorgeous spot to play and explore. 

If you have a state parking pass, you can park in the lot. Otherwise, you can  park  on Coast Highway just south of the lot (families can pretty easily walk from there).  The tide pools are a short walk along the beach just south of the parking lot. 

It will most likely be chilly -- some kids still prefer to wear a bathingsuit so they can get right in those puddles (with a sweater on top is a good idea!) and some prefer to wear warm…
