The last class of M.M.S. 10 week sessions will be for parents only. During these sessions kids were taught how to use emotional intelligence and different techniques to cope, resolve and dive into identifying feelings. This last class will teach parents some techniques to bring peace to our lives.

Come take some time out for yourself💞
Join, health coach, Kristen Kurtz for a fun walk with other moms to Stone Steps Beach (a few blocks from Indigo Dragon Center) for some gentle stretching and a breathing technique. A few minutes to journal on the beach and then walk back to Indigo.
