Hogs will be processed at 6:30 AM. We will not be present for that. Anatomy lesson at 7:30 a.m. Bring Gloves, curious minds and markers. We will go through an organ chart kids will try to identify organs.

First field trip
6:30AM View a hog processing and anatomy
Location will be given once ticket is purchased. Butcher goes through the whole process and explains what's happening from beginning to end.
Kids will also get to see the organs and are welcome to touch or take any organs home if they would like to dissect them.
