We are invited to be present while a pig gets processed. Learn where our food comes. The butcher will explain the process and the anatomy of parts we use in the hospital. He explains that not a lot are in this profession & if the next generation doesn't continue then where will we get our food from

About the event
We are invited to be present while a pig gets processed. Butcher will explain what he does and why throughout the process. He goes over the organs and how they function and which ones we use to be transplanted in humans. The butcher is willing to have people present because there are not alot of butchers like him left in our area and if you don't have a local butcher you don't have local humanely raised, organic, non vaxxed, no antibiotic and whatever other junk they put in it meat.
I have to mention all of my friends children that have been present with a processing have walked away with appreciation for their food and feeling like they learned something rather than traumatized.
