Doctor Threatened Us with CPS for Not Complying with Antibiotic Use

We just had Dr. Mendenhall at Rady's Children's hospital threaten to call CPS when I asked her if she had "any alternatives to antibiotic use” for strep, as our child has never had them. I know it was a silly question, so perhaps I was being cheeky. Of course she said "this is the standard of care" and looked aghast. Then, she looked me dead in the eye and said that if we didn't administer antibiotics as recommended, she would report us to CPS. I have never been treated like this by a doctor, and I was incredibly curious and cooperative until that point. She said this in front of our child, which he found distressing. Is there a way to report her for threatening us, especially when we’re in compliance but were merely questioning?
