I'm looking for a curriculum that will fulfill the HS foreign language requirement and I'm hoping to find some tips and suggestions on things other families have used. I don't want to be able to just check off a box, but have him actually learn the language.

Madrigals Magic Key To learning Spanish along with another book called All Spanish Method. Just started using this year with a class on compass classroom.com and it was only $50 for all the videos. The teacher offers many other language courses and some live classes. Kids like it so far. I like the methodology so far as well.
We have used Duolingo and liked it but I’m not sure if they have a way to send or share if a ‘course’ is complete.
Someone mentioned Outschool and we liked that platform for other classes 5-6 years ago when we used it last. I’m sure it’s better now….since then.

Following. Our daughter is enjoying ASL in middle school but would like to take Russian in HS. All of her language classes have been through Outschool. Our EA said that our charter offers Rosetta Stone at a discounted price. Not sure if it will fit the bill.
