Hi! My kids are 11, 8, and 8months. I’m going to give it my best shot to get these kids outside this semester. I was wondering if anyone has done something similar or if there was any interest in joining?
I wanted to do early right now before it gets too hot like 7am. I was figuring it could go something along the lines of have breakfast, play, work on a lesson, snack, play, work on a lesson, play — but not too structured.
I’m not sure I’ll do it everyday because I still want to get some early morning hikes in! Thoughts?
We do this! 😊 We participate in the 1000 hours outside challenge. It’s a lot of fun and especially with friends
Hit me up when you do early morning hikes. This semester I'm trying to exercise before we start school between 9-10.
What city are you in? I'd love to do this at different locations. I feel like our kids seeing each other study would have a great impact .I'm going to the Vista library every Thursday at 10:00 for a study hour then we will break for a park and lunch and be back at the library for Chess instruction.
I love your idea; whereabouts do you live? I live on the border of San Marcos and Carlsbad. I have a ten 1/2-year-old daughter who loves this idea.
Whereabouts are you located? I have a 6yo and 8yo in Allied Gardens. We’re planning on a power hour most days but would be happy to to try something different one of the days!
Hi! I’d love to try and meet up some mornings! Do you have an area/timeframe in mind? We’re pretty flexible. We’re in Clairemont, I have one 8yr old son.
