Hi! I'm researching homeschooling and charter school options for my 1st grader. Throwing an idea out there. Has anyone been interested or heard of people getting a few kids together of the same age and sharing a teacher to teach the core subjects provided by a homeschool charter like classical Academy, elite, etc?
I'm the first to admit I will not be the best core class teacher for my son (I'll love doing the electives!! 😍), but I also want him to be with other kids while he's learning. I found some charters with partial on-site days and I'm looking into those as well (dimensions, classical, pivot), but wanted to gauge need or interest in creating sort of a rotating homeschool shared teacher situation. Maybe if we were big enough we could be the teacher's only gig. I envision the kids bouncing between houses throughout the week or spending some days at library or parks too. I'm in Escondido. Thanks for any thoughts! 🙏❤️

We have a microschool similar to what you are looking for.
Nice to meet you Kelly! I ended up enrolling in a local homeschool hybrid charter so he's on campus 4 days per week. So far so good! My number is 585-727-4602 if you want to text me in case things change! My youngest is 4 also and I may be looking to do this again in the future!
I am in Escondido and have a 4.5 boy and 6 yo girl whom could attend if something was created we would love to check it out
I’m in Escondido and this sounds very interesting to me. I have a 4 year old son so he’s not quite 1st grade but I’m open to mixed age learning for him!
